About Me

image48

My Interest

Jackie has had a lifelong interest in drawing and painting.  After a career change she set a goal to pursue her art passion with formal studies in drawing, watercolour and botanical art.

Hosta Leaf with water droplets; watercolour and pen & ink

My Medium

Jackie enjoys bringing her meticulous rendered drawings and painting to life through graphite, pen & ink, coloured pencil and watercolour and does not hesitate to mix the various media.

Framed 23⅝” x 18”, For Sale

My Inspiration

The beauty of nature and her love of the outdoors stirs her emotions and inspires her.  Jackie chooses her subjects to paint by what speaks to her … simplicity, contours, flow … as well as their imagery and architectural shapes.
